Return and Refund Policy – Elementvape

At Elementvape, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction. Below you will find our detailed policies for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. 15-Day Return Period & Process

We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email to submit a return request (RMA).

Please include as much information as possible in your email to expedite the process:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Address and phone number

  • Detailed reason for the return

Note: We may request photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective goods before approving a return. Additionally, we may suggest troubleshooting steps. This is necessary to speed up the return process and help you avoid return processing fees.

Once the return is approved, you will receive further instructions for shipping. A refund, credit, or replacement will only be issued after we receive and process the return.

2. Damage Reporting Period (48 Hours)

The following issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents from the factory)

  • Problems with consumable items

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) – items that are defective upon arrival

  • Missing or incorrect items in the package

Reports received after this 48-hour period cannot be considered.

3. Exclusion of Consumable Items (Hygiene)

For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable items. Consumable items include, among others:

  • E-Liquids

  • Coils (Spulen) and Pods

  • Cartridges

  • Disposable E-Cigarettes (Disposables)

  • Batteries and Accumulators

For these items, no re-delivery is possible unless they are reported as DOA (defective upon arrival).

4. Processing Fees (Restocking Fee)

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 15 % for returns if:

  1. The returned items have been opened and/or are not defective.

  2. The items show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.

  3. The devices were not cleaned and emptied before return.

  4. The reported defect is not present upon inspection or could have been fixed with simple troubleshooting steps.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • No Refunds: All original shipping costs are NOT REFUNDED.

  • Rejected Packages: If the customer or the carrier refuses the package for any reason (e.g., wrong address), shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order was originally shipped free of charge, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

6. Cancellation Policies

If you wish to cancel an order, please note our fee structure depending on the processing status:

  • If we have already begun administrative processing of your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20 % of the order value.

  • If your order has already been picked and packed (shipping preparation completed), we will charge a fee of 50 %.

  • If the goods have already been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

7. Promotional Conditions (Sale)

Items sold as part of promotions are considered 'Final Sale'. If a promotional item is defective, we only issue a refund or credit equal to the amount paid for the items. Promotional items are not replaced.

8. Refund Process

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) or as store credit. Elementvape is not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a canceled credit card if the cardholder no longer has access to it.

9. Disclaimer

We carefully review all information on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur, or manufacturers may update information that we are not aware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typos.

Elementvape's refund policies apply only to purchases made on this website.
